I have bought Rodha slippers many times and have, with one exception found the hem to be consistent in their quality and design. The exception occurred when the pair that I received the top coating failed and peeled away. I took this up with Rohde who acknowledged the complaint not only that they send a pre paid envelope to send the slippers back to them and also sent me two pairs of slippers FOC. Not at all bad for customer surface I would certainly recommend them
