The macerator (same make and model) that came with our 2022 Newmar Dutchstar started making a bad noise - I was assuming it would be failing soon. Needed to get another one ordered and have on stand by. This one was the least expensive one I could find - looked awhile.When I replaced our pump - I just removed the pump from this one installed in our MH - did not use the housing. Took me a day or so of messing around - some of the internal screws were very difficult to get out of our original - but the swap was not too bad, a bit messy with the black water - but after I cracked it open I used a hose to wash out any remaining poo! I would recommend giving this swap a try - it wasn't the easiest but if you're somewhat handy and cheap like me - you can do it.
